  • Showcase your digital finesse by invoicing sales orders with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Take the lead in coordinating the virtual shipping dance.
  • Play the role of an order entry wizard and credit memo maestro in this symphony of details.
  • Juggle virtual returns and non-conformities with a digital smile, focusing on the fine details.
  • Assist customers in their email adventures of issue-solving with your eagle-eyed attention.
  • Communicate with customers and sales representatives, ensuring that every detail is spot-on in your written conversations.
  • Provide customers with a delightful email experience through a service-oriented approach with a sprinkle of precision.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Prior experience in order entry, preferably in a manufacturing environment is a bonus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the fast-paced world of order processing, email quotes, and invoicing (multitasking is your middle name).
  • Fluent in both French and English – bilingual superheroes, assemble!
  • Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions – your attention to detail ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Excellent computer skills; bonus if you’ve danced with CRM systems in your digital dreams.
  • Ability to thrive under digital pressure – turning virtual challenges into triumphs is your specialty.
  • Stellar written communication skills – every email is a canvas, and you’re the artist spreading good vibes through meticulous details.

Quebec Language Clause

This role demands for the individual to work on global projects and regularly communicate with vendors across Canada, the United-States and all around the globe as well as with team members outside of Quebec; and therefore, requires that the employee is able to also speak/write in English.
