The Surgmed™ Group serves the Canadian and global healthcare markets with high quality medical devices. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Care – Order Entry Professional to complement our existing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assistance to our remote Sales representatives. Our ideal candidate is an individual who has the ability to multitask while remaining organized in a time-sensitive environment. They should excel at building strong customer relationships and be a team player.
