Join Our Team as a Warehouse Production / Inventory Clerk!

Are you a hands-on individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? Do you take pride in staying organized, ensuring quality, and keeping operations running smoothly? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Production / Inventory Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in the production, packaging, inventory management, and distribution of our products while helping maintain a safe and efficient warehouse operation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Operate production equipment
  • Inspect, track, and review incoming raw materials prior to production
  • Provide support for production team during in-process/assembly of finished goods.
  • Supervise proper machine functions & use, perform routine maintenance as per the machine operating manual
  • Train and Mentor New employees on procedures
  • Maintain production reports, logs, and documents
  • Demonstrate Core Values throughout the team, communicate concerns to supervisor
  • Monitor and secure warehouse contents to prevent loss

Adhere to daily production Standard Operating Procedures

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key in keeping our warehouse running smoothly, and you know how to stay on top of things with a keen eye for detail.
  • Multitasking Skills: You’ll juggle multiple responsibilities at once, from production to inventory management to order fulfillment—keeping everything organized under pressure.
  • Physical Stamina: You don’t mind lifting, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day. You’re ready to take on the physical demands of a busy warehouse.
  • Communication Pro: You’re comfortable collaborating with team members, sharing updates, and speaking up when something needs attention.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Things don’t always go as planned, but you’re resourceful enough to come up with quick solutions that keep things moving.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory role is helpful but not required. We’ll provide training for the right candidate!

Additional Information
