As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in bringing top-tier medical products to healthcare professionals across Quebec —directly impacting patient care and clinical outcomes. What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Actively prospect, qualify and follow up on leads to acquire business from new customers and existing accounts within assigned territory, with extensive daily travel.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for each product group.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report results.
  • Effectively set up and represent the company at trade shows and industry events – – both independently and within a team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide valuable feedback on product opportunities and issues.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with customer service and marketing departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay at the cutting edge of medical sales, bringing fresh ideas to the table while ensuring you are always ahead of industry trends.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 1-2 years of experience as a business-to-business field sales representative with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals, preferably in medical sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Quebec territory; Applicants must currently reside in Montreal or surrounding areas, with the most remote coverage of the Maritimes.
  • Ability to plan and execute extensive territory travel coverage, both daily and occasional overnight.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Experience in medical sales is a bonus.
  • Experience using CRM tools.

Additional Information

Pay: CA$60,000.00 – CA$65,000.00 per year
