The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment for the Surgmed Group, including Advanced Surgi-Pharm Inc. and Batrik Medical Manufacturing Inc.

As a shared-services position, the employee may support different warehouse and operational activities based on business needs, customer demand, staffing, and production schedules.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Pick and verify customer orders using pick lists or the ERP system.
  • Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment or internal transfer.
  • Verify quantities, product descriptions, lot numbers, and expiry dates where applicable.
  • Assist with receiving, inspection, storage, replenishment, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory transactions.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized.
  • Follow SOPs, Health & Safety policies, and quality requirements.
  • Assist with packaging, kitting, assembly, and other warehouse projects as required.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • French or English spoken and written.
  • Experience with a WMS or ERP system, such as NAV, is an asset.
