International Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented International Fulfillment Associate to support our growing team.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Picking and packing of customer orders.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders and shipping documents.
  • Ships outgoing materials, products or supplies
  • Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues to the supervisor or purchasing department.
  • Prepare international shipping documentation such as bills of lading, CERS report, etc.
  • Ensure shipments comply with all international trade regulations, import/export laws, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with customs brokers to resolve clearance issues.
  • Maintain warehouse documents
  • Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss
  • Prepares orders for warehouse supplies
  • Secures warehouse doors/windows
  • Obtains transport carrier quotes and schedule freight for inbound & outbound shipments
  • Track shipments and provide status updates.
  • Operating a forklift
  • Warehouse support for all Surgmed companies
  • Assist with warehouse organization, stock placement, and inventory accuracy
  • Supports customer care department
  • Assist production team with stock rotation
  • Operate barcode scanners to accurately scan and record movement of inventory, ensuring all items are properly tracked in the warehouse management system.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Capable of lifting boxes up to 25 kg
  • Working knowledge of French/English written and spoken
  • Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field required; higher-level degrees (associate or bachelor’s) considered an asset.
  • 1–3 years of experience in international shipping and receiving, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
  • Proficiency with shipping software, warehouse management systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP system Navision 2016 is a plus
  • Familiarity with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping routes preferred.
  • Valid forklift license
