We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our growing team. At Surgmed Group, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to delivering exceptional service to customers.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Establish open lines of communication with all assigned customers.
  • Provide exceptional service to all customers through timely and accurate communication
  • Setup and maintain customer information in the Navision
  • Process all customer orders (data entry and order taking via email) from time of receipt to delivery. This will require a great deal of communication with production to ensure orders are filled in full and on time.
  • Facilitate problem resolution for any order not meeting customer requirements
  • Work closely with the Manager to implement and execute each customer pricelist and or terms and conditions imposed.
  • Find solutions to simplify the workload & facilitate training methods
  • Prepare and coordinate customer quotes.
  • Review and monitor customer payment terms with Accounting Manager as required.
  • Review open sales orders weekly and proactively communicate the status to customers
  • A basic understanding of international Shipping
  • Review potential customer Development with international sales department
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Prior experience in a customer service role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in preparation of quotes, order processing and invoicing in a fast-paced high volume, multi-product environment
  • Familiarity with commercial terms and conditions
  • Complete fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; additional languages and asset
  • Ability to rapidly absorb and process information on a wide range of products
  • Strong ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills; experience with CRM systems an asset
  • Well organized, thorough and self-motivated
  • Ability to provide superior-level customer care by being professional, efficient, methodical and courteous
