 Regulatory Affairs Manager

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will support the President in all aspects of the regulatory/quality system operations. Daily maintenance/review of the quality system processes to ensure compliance and improvements to the system.


What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Manage and develop all aspects of medical device regulatory compliance with domestic and international regulation and standards (ISO 13485, MDSAP, CE, and FDA)
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Manual (procedures, forms, work instruction) as required
  • Updates and create Technical Files (testing, forms, literature, Clinical Evaluation Reports, Risk Assessment, labels, IFU, etc.)
  • Aids in coordinating, compiling, and maintaining, data for Quality Management objectives
  • Completes customer regulatory and quality questionnaires.
  • Assists other departments in maintaining quality records
  • Searches websites for documented clinical product data
  • Trains all new employees on the quality processes applicable to their respective positions and job titles
  • Completes other general regulatory duties as requested by the President
  • Lead all audits conducted by notified body, customers and/or vendors.
  • Monitor, analyze and develop all corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) as wells as Non-Conformities
  • Monitors & approves all production sterilization documentation
  • Completes all recalls, Health Canada mandatory problem reports as well as the EU Field Safety Notices

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Previous work experience in quality/ISO certified companies is mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Detail oriented and skilled to work independently and as a team
  • Bilingual English and French (written and spoken) is an asset
  • Minimum College education or Accredited Certificate program preferred (ISO 13485, MDSAP, CE, FDA)
  • Proficient in using various types of computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills grammar and composition
  • Demonstrate initiative and good judgment

  • Picking and packing of custome rorders
  • Receives incoming materials, products or supplies
  • Ships outgoing materials, products or supplies
  • Prepare international shipping documentation such as bills of lading, CERS report.
  • Maintain warehouse documents
  • Takes precautions to protect warehouse contents against loss
  • Prepares orders for warehouse supplies
  • Secures warehouse doors/windows
  • Obtains transport carrier quotes and schedule freight for inbound & outbound shipments
  • Tracks packages as requested

Hiring requirements:

  • Capable of lifting boxes up to 25 kg
  • Working knowledge of French/English written and spoken
  • Preferably has experience with export shipments and UPS software
