The Sales Representative for Shoe Covers will play a key role in driving business growth across Canada and the United States. This dynamic role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our distribution networks.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong initiative, creativity, and exceptional relationship-building and persistent skills.

Location: Open to remote (with travel across Canada and the U.S.)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Actively prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to acquire new business through cold calling, email campaigns, and on-site visits as required.
  • Identify and open new distributor accounts in targeted markets.
  • Introduce and promote innovative products to existing customers to strengthen their business.
  • Upsell current customers to new or replacement products available.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential distribution channels.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Provide feedback on product-related opportunities, issues, and customer needs to internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Purchasing, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations and adequate inventory levels.
  • Support tender submissions and contribute to pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity in assigned territories.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and Report on Pipeline activity on a weekly basis with the use of our CRM.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 2 years of telephone selling experience, preferably in one or more of the following industries: Safety Apparel, Industrial, Cleaning & Hygiene, and Food Processing.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong B2B sales skills with the ability to build and grow distributor relationships.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Canada and the United States.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is an asset).
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply product and application knowledge.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with strong closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative and proactive in identifying new opportunities and driving market growth.
