Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment? We are looking for a Custodian to join our team and help ensure our facility remains spotless, hygienic, and welcoming.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, cafeteria, production areas, and common spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
  • Empty garbage and recycling bins.
  • Clean glass doors, interior/exterior windows, and building entrances.
  • Maintain cafeteria cleanliness (microwave, fridge, counters, sink, dishwasher).
  • Maintain coat closet and assist with laundry (lab coats).
  • Clean production floor, workstations, and controlled environment rooms.
  • Clean the EZ machine after production.
  • Perform light exterior maintenance (e.g., sweeping sidewalks, clearing debris).
  • Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues; assist with minor repairs.
  • Keep cleaning supplies stocked and properly stored.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Working knowledge of French or English written and spoken
  • Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work an asset.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Additional Information

Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working hours:
Monday to Friday : 10am -6pm
