SURGMED Group is pleased to offer an opportunity to join the medical sales industry. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team and drive growth in the Ontario region.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Actively prospect, qualify and follow up on leads to acquire business from new customers and existing accounts within assigned territory, with extensive daily travel.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for each product group.
  • Monitor competitive activity and report results.
  • Effectively represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide valuable feedback on product opportunities and issues.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with customer service and marketing departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay at the cutting edge of medical sales, bringing fresh ideas to the table while ensuring you are always ahead of industry trends.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 1-2 years of experience as a business-to-business field sales representative with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Ontario territory; Applicants must currently reside in Ontario or surrounding areas.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in medical sales is a bonus, but an eager to learn and grow is more important.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
