Customer Care Representative
The Customer Care Representative’s main tasks will be to:

Prepare quotes and credit memos
-
Confirm and process orders
-
Coordinate returns and non conformities
-
Write up and verify pricing agreements
-
Be in constant communication with customers via telephone or e-mail
-
Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns
-
Follow up sales opportunities with existing and prospective new customers
-
Develop new markets on specific products via phone communication
-
Provide a positive and pleasant experience for customers through a service-oriented approach
To execute these tasks effectively, the Customer Care Representative must maintain constant and open communication with different departments within the company.
Qualifications & Experience
Integrating seamlessly into our Customer Care Department, the new Customer Care Representative will successfully meet the following requirements:
Prior experience in a customer service role, especially in a Manufacturing environment is definitely a strong asset.
The ideal candidate will have completed CEGEP or have a University-level education or equivalent experience and in addition:

Possess 2-3 years experience in preparation of quotes, order processing and invoicing in a fast-paced high volume, multi-product environment
-
Be familiar with commercial terms and conditions
-
Possess strong bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written
-
Must possess a strong ability to work well under pressure
-
Demonstrate excellent computer skills; experience with CRM systems an asset
-
Well organized, thorough and self-motivated
-
Be sales driven and well structured
-
Be able to provide superior-level customer care by being professional, efficient, methodical and courteous;

Possess a disciplined work ethic and be able to multi-task

Through training, quickly grasp the company’s products, policies and procedures

Sales Representative - GTA & S.W.Ontario
The Sales Representative will be responsible for:

Independent Sales Representatives – Western Canada and the United States
To help support our rapid growth, we are currently recruiting Independent Sales Representatives to cover Western Canada, based in B.C. and Alberta and at several locations in the United States.

Process Engineer
The Surgmed Group (www.surgmed.com) is a fast-growing medical device manufacturing and distribution organization with a global presence. We are currently recruiting a Process Engineer based at our office in Dorval to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
The candidate’s duties will include, but not limited to:

Design and assist in the development of new and current products

The ideal candidate will essentially improve on some of our general production through time and motion studies. As well as capable of designing, building and implementing cost reduction automation while at the same time oversee and ensure our production objectives are being met.
